77th ICCR’s Foundation Day

Denpasar (Atnews) - SVCC Bali celebrated the 77th ICCR Foundation Day on 09 April 2026 at the Chancery. 

The program began with welcome remarks by Director of SVCC, followed by a video testimonial from alumni. The celebration continued with a kathak dance performance by SVCC students and a display of SVCC’s activity video for 2025–2026, highlighting the various cultural and educational programs conducted throughout the year.

In his speech, CG Dr. Shashank Vikram appreciated the remarkable activities carried out by SVCC Bali and highlighted the center’s continuous efforts in promoting Indian culture, arts, and educational exchange in Bali.

The event also featured an inspiring address by Padma Shri awardee Prof. I Wayan Dibia, who shared his long-standing collaboration with ICCR as a senior artist.

A beautiful song performance was presented by alumni member Ms. Jyothi Devi, followed by an engaging alumni interaction session. The winners of the Essay Competition were then announced, followed by the vote of thanks delivered by Mr. Anuj Kumar. The program concluded with a group photo session and light refreshments, marking a memorable celebration of culture, collaboration, and friendship. (Z/002)
