Denpasar, 9/6 (Atnews) - The Art Excel returns humanitarian values among children by providing yoga training. It is one of the Art of Living programs that provide yoga training to drill focus and stress management.
“Some participants are parents having had participated in the Art of Living activities, that already obtained benefits from this program,” said Facilitator of the Art of Living, Cipta Bayu, in Denpasar, on Sunday (Jun. 9).
He is also a teacher at the Happiness Program and Art Excel of the Art of Living accompanied by Dr. Abhishek Joshi (lecturer of Ayurveda at Hindu University of Indonesia—UNHI) and I Putu Nugraha Putra (teacher at Happiness Program and Agriculture).
This was conveyed after The Art Excel activity attended by 13 children aged 8-13 years old at Niki Yogalaya Ashram Denpasar for four days (June 6-9). For this reason, his party will hold continuous training every Sunday in the hope that children will have good character to produce superior and globally competitive human resources.
The enthusiasts are not only from Bali, but also the parents of migrants and foreigners that are so vivacious about leaving their children to attend the class because the current children being vulnerable to multimedia and internet problems and poorly controlled can damage their mentality and relationships.
To that end, the activities are designed in such a way that they can make fun interspersed with games. Such effort is attempted to avoid boredom of children. That is why the yoga class also has special package made different from yoga class for adults. Hopefully, the activity can increase self-confidence, eliminate fear and anxiety and enhance creative skills.
Similarly, it also includes the improvement of memory and concentration, development of leadership qualities as well as better interactions with others. The other benefits of the exercise are to develop a healthy body, pranayamas and meditation as well as to calm the mind. (ART/02)
