Badung (Atnews) - “The Science of Yoga is based on tapping the phenomenal power of consciousness which is channelised by the Guru. It is with consciousness that saints and Yogis are able to manifest things into the physical” says Ashwini Guruji of Dhyan Ashram.
Ashwini Guruji is an embodiment of the gyan of the Vedas, and the only one of His kind in the present yug. He believes Yog is a sadhana and not a business and that is how He has taken every seeker who has come before Him on this journey. He is the energy and inspiration behind the various initiatives of Dhyan Foundation. He believes in action and practical experience, and has put thousands across the globe on the path of helping the weak, leading by his own example. He is perhaps the only living guru who has conclusively proven the science of clairvoyance in front of a live audience of 200 doctors Indian Medical Association and received a certificate for the same.
Under the guidance of Ashwini Guruji, Dhyan Foundation conducts regular Sanatan Kriya sessions in Indonesia, one such event was held at Taman Shiva Loka, Monumen Perjuangan Bangsal, Dalung, Bali on October 5th 2025. Sanatan Kriya devised by Ashwini Guruji, is based on the eight limbs of Patanjali Ashtang Yog and emerged from 35 years of Guruji’s solid, non-commerical, practical research. It is designed to suit the hectic lifestyle of modern human, and helps induce a state of balance in all aspects of life - physical, emotional, financial, mental and spiritual, helping unlock the hidden potential within us. Once the body is in balance, spiritual experiences can follow. Beauty, glow, magnetism and health are some of the by-products.
During the session participants were introduced to the 7 steps of Sanatan Kriya: Ujjai Pranayam, body rotations, Chakra Santulan Pranayam, Paanch Mahapran Dhyan, Dhyan with Guru, Blessings and Karmic cleansing. This process if performed daily, can have phenomenal results.
Currently, Dhyan Foundation conducts monthly Yog sessions in Bali and weekly Yog sessions in Lombok, all free of cost. The organisation is also actively involved in welfare of humans (particularly women and tribal populace), animals and environment through various service initiatives in India including free food distribution camps, free education for underprivileged, women empowerment programs, rural development programs, rescue-treatment-rehabilitation of sick, injured, abandoned, orphaned and rescued animals.
